Led end-to-end product design and creative direction for PX2, a video-based, youth education product.
Leveraged skills in UX Design, product research and brand adaptation for PX2 in over 10 countries and in 5 languages. Conducted contextual inquiry and customer validation. Applied user research triangulation methods such as personal and group interviews, questionnaires, in-person surveys and social media, activity analysis, personal inventories, observations, and photo and video ethnography.
Premium product clients included: Pete Carroll and the University of Southern California football team, and the USA National Swim Team prior to the Beijing Olympics.
